Article 1: PurposeThis contract concerns the sale of trademark products on the Internet and is between Misaki SAM and an individual final purchaser (an individual acting outside of his/her professional activity) within a distance sales framework. The resale of products purchased on the Internet site is strictly forbidden. Article 2: Applicable LawThis contract is governed by Monegasque law, in particular the regulation of distance sales. Article 3: OfferThe acceptance and confirmation of the order are realised by using data provided in successive screen pages. This data appears on a summary screen which explicitly indicates the purchaser's firm commitment. Orders are confirmed by email with indication of Misaki's identity and details, including an email address to which the buyer may direct any request. The confirmation email includes a basic description of the item, the price including or excluding taxes, the existence of retraction rights and their explanation, after sales service and commercial guarantees. Article 4: Shipping & Handling ChargesFor European customer VAT and all taxes are included. For other countries customs taxes are not included. For all purchases less than 100 euros, customers will have to pay the following freight charges: - For European customers: 8 euros - For other countries: 15 euros Article 5: CurrencyInvoices will be issued in EURO. Article 6: PaymentImmediate payment is made using bank card details through WorldPay. Article 7: Average delivery timesThe average delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks depending on the destination. However, Misaki is not responsible for delivery delays due to mail services. Article 8: "Full satisfaction or money back" guaranteeIf for any reason you received the product damaged, please send it back in its original packaging within 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order (as indicated by the postmark) You must include the delivery note and customs documents. If the claim is justified, the buyer will receive a recovery either exchange or reimbursement. Article 9: Guarantees and after sales serviceIf the product which you have received includes a hidden defect, please inform MISAKI After Sales Service by email or fax as soon as possible. Article 10: Personal informationIn placing an order, the purchaser consents to the use of their personal data in our customer database, for internal use only. correspondence in English and French and asks you to kindly use one of
